I just got this and let me tell u so far so good my bowel movements are regular.
It took 3 days before it started to curb my appetite but I’m eating smaller portion and getting full sooner and eating less threw out the day. My energy I can’t really say if it’s working or not as I do have a baby that keeps me up at night
